Each mitt has a double-sided flip-top cap: a soft fabric side for scratch protection, and a textured, food-grade silicone side baby can suckle and gum. Flip the cap to whichever side baby needs.

How to use
- Choose the side you need: fabric for scratch protection, or silicone for soothing.
- Flip the cap so that side covers baby’s hand.
- Slide the mitt on and fasten the strap snugly around baby’s wrist. It should be secure but not tight, and you should be able to slip a finger underneath.

Machine wash. Tumble dry on low heat to avoid shrinkage.
